Trish’s organisational and administrative efficiency helps to ensure the efficient running of TBR and plays a key role in our ability to deliver high quality research on time and on budget. Her role at TBR has progressed beyond administration, with responsibility for ensuring the management of operations within TBR runs smoothly by taking care of the management systems, finance, human resources and health and safety. Whilst working in the manufacturing industry, Trish developed an amazing attention to detail, which is vital to her role of quality manager. The smooth running of TBR’s projects is underpinned by highly efficient administrative systems installed by Trish during her time at TBR. These systems and associated procedures help to ensure that TBR offer the best possible service to our clients as well as making sure our team are up to the challenges presented to us.

Trish is experienced in handling sensitive information, from her time working as an independent research consultant for the Home Office where she conducted social research into the prevalence of drug use among young people in the North West of Newcastle.

Trish joined TBR in 2001 as Office Manager after a varied career in the private, public and voluntary sector. Since joining she has contributed to TBR's growing success by developing and implementing a full Quality Management System (for which we obtained registration to ISO 9001:2000 in 2004) and Investors in People, which we were also awarded in 2004 and re-awarded in 2010.

Trish, who is one of TBR’s native northerners, born and bred in Tyneside, remains proud of her Geordie roots. However, she does enjoy escaping to sunnier climes and reading books beside sun-soaked swimming pools.
